Welcome to UIR Disciplinary Team!
The Disciplinary Division is a group of UIR members dedicated to keeping the agency user-friendly.
They can take serious action upon anyone who wishes to break our rules.
We do not tolerate misbehaviour.
- Ability to warn workers which are in 1iC and below to x3 for breaking rules, providing evidence, where the final decision will be enforced by a DT Director.
- Able to demote workers 1iC and below, and Fire if deemed necessary (With an owner approval).
- Able to demote workers 3iC and below, and Fire if deemed necessary with DT Director approval (Ownership approval not required).
- Reserve the right to alter/change the Disciplinary Policy if and when accepted by a DT director.
- This team is governed and overlooked by the director & deputy director of the unit.
- A maximum of 8 members can be in the team. (including the directors).
Disciplinary Policy:
- If the worker has been caught breaking the rules in anyway, they're subjected to being warned.
- Depending on the severity of their actions will depend on which action you should take.
- It is the decision of the individuals themselves to decide which disciplinary action should be taken, in regards to which rules have been violated.
- It is imperative that you have valid evidence of the situation before any disciplinary actions are enforced.
- Evidence can be form of screenshots and/or video proof.
